1. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments for orders may be made by Credit Card, PayPal, Personal Checks, Money Orders (from chartered banks), and Certified Checks. You can also deposit directly from your bank account into St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supply's account.
Credits can be extended ONLY to parishes and clergy with established accounts in good standing. ( It is the responsibility of the parish to notify St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supplies, of the person(s) authorized to make purchases on the parish account.)
2. How can I send you my payment?
For personal checks, money orders and certified checks, you can mail them via x-press post. Include the receipt for the the shipping cost and we will credit that amount towards your purchase.
3. What is your return policy?
A 10 % restocking charge will be applied to all returns when applicable. There will be no returns without authorization by St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supply. There will be no returns on custom made items or special orders.
If you received a Damaged shipment please contact the delivery service. Do not return damaged merchandise to St. John of Suchava's Liturgical Church Supply unless authorized.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
5. How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs will be indicated when you complete the check out process.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders in Canada will be shipped via expedited mail, which should arrive to you within 6 working days. St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supplies cannot guarantee any time frame on behalf of Canada Post or other delivery services.
7. Will you special order items for me?
We will special order items for all of our customers with a minimum deposit of 50%
8. Are there discounts for large orders?
St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supplies is offering discounts for Orthodox missions and clergy. For additional discounts please contact us.
9. Is your pricing guaranteed?
All prices are subject to change without notice. If there are any discrepancies between the online catalog and St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supplies updated prices, we will inform you through the order confirmation.
10. Are all of your items exactly as they are seen in the catalog?
The items in the catalog may not always be as illustrated as our suppliers offer goods that are hand made or limited quantity production. We will do our best to get you what you ordered.
11. What makes you different then other church supply stores?
Although St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supply may not seem to carry any different products then what you may find on the internet, we can find, make and produce any product related to liturgical life that you can think of. Through a network of crafts people both in North America and Eastern Europe, the possibilities are endless. We will take the time necessary to fill your special order.
However, what really is important to us, is the mission life of the North American Orthodox Christians. We believe that everyone should "make a honest living" and give back to the community whatever over and above blessings they receive. It is St. John of Sochava's Liturgical Church Supply's intention to set aside funds to help missions and mission clergy get the liturgical items they need.
